Milan's Halloween as a Lawn-Mowing Tigger

Milan's first animal sound was growling like a tiger, so we dressed him up in a tigger costume for Halloween

Trick-or-treating wasn't complete without the trusty lawn mower

Milan had fun picking out candy but enjoyed collecting rocks from neighbors' lawns even more

Milan's monthly photo shoot with the dog Brownie quickly devolved into a game with cement trucks

 

After struggling for several months, we have declared defeat, at least for the time being

 

Milan likes cleaning so much he's willing to make extra messes just to have the pleasure

Milan had lots of fun during the open house at the Menlo Park Fire Station

Milan's First Navratri

Milan attended his first Raas Garba to celebrate the festival of Navratri this weekend

 

 

He was a little too shell-shocked and overwhelmed by the loud music to dance this year but maybe next year!

 

Milan's Summer Adventures

Milan had a great summer full of travel and friends

He first met his cousin Keshav in DC



Here he is wondering how Keshav can be half his age but the same size as him

He then met his cousin Sahana from LA in San Luis Obispo

Milan enjoyed his very first hike!

 

He and Sahana also had fun in the sun playing with the sand

The last stop on the summer circuit was supposed to be Pinecrest, CA for a wedding;
however, due to the Rim Fires in the area, the wedding was moved close to home in Woodside

He and his friend Kavya were in charge of decorations

 

Milan enjoyed meeting all of his playmates and hopes to see them again soon!

Milan got dressed in his new jeans and sneakers and headed to the Bay Bridge this weekend.

He enjoyed pushing his stroller around,


feeling the cool wind in his hair and practicing his thousand mile stare,
 

running through the bike racks,


and playing in the playground!
