Kirin at 22 Months

Here's Kirin playing a game that keeps him busy indefinitely
(we like it too because we can multitask)

Milan graduated from Pre-K! The party had a luau theme.

On our trip to DC, Kirin became a little unhinged on the Metro every time we went underground

Kirin at 21 Months

Kirin is 21 months old!

He now asks for photo shoots without any prompting on a weekly basis :) 

Fun at Happy Hollow

During "Week of the Young Child," there were several fun activities at daycare.

One of the days involved a special guest reader in Kirin's classroom:  big brother Milan!
(It was also pajama day.)

Kirin also had a lot of fun during the paint slide... and his parents are glad that he doesn't come home quite this dirty every day.

Kirin at 20 Months

Kirin is 20 months old!

After taking everything (non-breakable) from the dishwasher, Kirin went for the full basket itself

Kirin at 19 Months

A few days delayed (due to illness) but in return:  diaper edition.

Milan was done with posing by 15 months but Kirin sees his set ready, sits down and says, "cheese!"

Milan is now a pro on his bike!

Kirin at 18 Months

Hard to believe a year and half has gone by with this little stinker

Despite what it looks like, Kirin mostly takes things off the new magnetic board

Milan had his first bad illness in a while and spent a few days in mom's office

But after he recovered, he swiftly learned how to ride a bike without training wheels!  He balanced on the first go and after an hour got pretty good at starting and stopping:

 

Kirin was very into the aquarium at Cal Academy

And we will surely miss it but we can all breathe a bit easier now that our old house is sold!
